yes, if you have two different management systems you will have some problems.

2. yes you can. Search in YouTube or google with this keyword (transfer files from Endnote to Zotero )
as a suggestion, I think this video is good

note: if you are comfortable with Endnote, keep using it. we only recommended Zotero “as a recommendation, not a must-use program” so use whatever you are comfortable with
