Milestones & Peer Grading

I would like to recommend an interesting feature that I believe will add a lot to this educational journey. I suggest adding more weight to self-learning by assigning milestones at the end of each week, where a student gets to demonstrate and apply the content learned into fruitful work such as short paragraphs, reflective writing, and open-ended questions. Additionally, these milestones can be peer-reviewed and graded based on a general rubric, leading to deeper discussions and mutual learning. This is especially needed nowadays more than ever, since the rise of Generative AI has rendered unified quiz questions obsolete. Kindly note that this is just a personal, humble opinion, which might be wrong or partially correct.
