Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the platform
when l opened it didn’t find any confirmation for lectures and the quizzes grades don’t exist (if l open the quiz ask me to enter the password), although I attended all lectures and answer all quizzes until lecture 4 and confirmed them ,but when l entered the platform yesterday l didn’t find any confirmation -
Please Hana can you describe exactly what happened and when did it occurred and did you perform any actions before your progress disappeared? Such as changing your password, enrolling in the course twice, or experiencing multiple failed login attempts, or something else?

*The platform was working very well, but suddenly when l reached to the third part of fourth lecture all the quizzes grades are not there and the lecture confirmation was deleted and results course became zero precent, although I did not change anything in my profile information such as password or my name.
* No , it’s my first enrolled in this course .
* Now , all quizzes was opened again
Do l repeat the quizzes and confirm the lectures again?
